It depends! Every person has a unique nervous system and treatment time depends on the individual. Some notice resolution of symptoms within a few sessions, while some benefit from longer term therapy. If you have a limited timeframe, we can create a treatment plan for a specific timeline to work toward your goals.

You can expect to be provided with specialized care in which Lifespan Integration and Somatic Experiencing are adapted to your needs. As part of your fee, you are also paying for a set time and day for your session. I invest in each of my clients by attending ongoing consultation and training to ensure I am providing competent, best care. I limit the number of clients I see to ensure I am able to meet each client with an attuned presence each session. This work is profound and sacred. With me, you won’t just feel like another client. You will feel seen, heard, and understood.

I enjoy working with older adolescents, ages 16 and older, and adults.

I offer both in person and virtual therapy sessions.
Therapy can be just as effective virtually! Please ensure you have access to a private location and a stable internet connection before choosing this option.

Virtual therapy is as effective as in person! You only need a private location and a secure internet connection for these sessions. Virtual therapy can offer the benefit of you being in a space that feels comfortable to you. Your furry friends are a wonderful resource to have with you during these sessions, so please include them if you like! Other things that can be helpful are blankets, something to squeeze (towel, t-shirt, anything you can squeeze with both hands), fidgets, etc. It is also great to have something to drink on hand.

Yes! Sensation is not always available-especially if you have needed to dissociate or disconnect to survive. There are many ways to work to honor your nervous system and engage in somatic therapy without working directly with body sensations.

Yes! I am an approved provider of individual sessions at the beginning level. Our sessions do count for credit toward your SEP if you are in your beginning year.
